A tale of two turkeys
Two fresh turkeys, equal in weight and dignity. (Approx. 13.5 lbs each) I always get fresh, minimally processed birds. First of all, you don't have to wait over 9000 years for them to defrost. Second, they don't inject brines and other crap in them. And third, because they're never frozen, the meat is much more tender.

I am tired of cooking two days. Christmas holidays are all cooking what i remember at the end.
Well my turkey is famous. The recipe is requested by mothers, grandmothers and friends. Its just this time hubby forgot to buy half of the products I needed. I will have to think of something new.
